Endo

This should be the first trick you learn in flatland, and it's rather easy. An endo, otherwise known as a nose stall (NOT a stoppie, stoppies glide) teach you basic balance on the front wheel.

How-To Endo

Start off at a slow to medium speed with arms and legs slightly bent. Then, jam your front brakes, and push forwad and lock your arms(You can also accomplish this by jamming your foot in between your fork and wheel if you have no front brakes). Note to tuck in your legs to bring the rear end up. It may feel scary but it takes a lot to fall over forward so don't be afraid. The key is to keep your arms locked and tuck your legs in. Then just let it go back down and ride away. Well I dont think its that difficult to go over forwards.. If you practice you can go over forwards from a much slower than walking pace. To lift the back end also turn your feet so the tips are looking towards the ground, press back on the pedals, and lift the back end. You should be able to lift the rear wheel without touching the brakes. Once you can do that, do the same with the brakes, and I garantee you will be able to chuck yourself over the handlebars (done it enough times myself xD). ---- Tricks»»Tricks#Ground Tricks|Ground Tricks»»Tricks#Basics|Basics
