Fork_Glide

Turnin 180 degrees with the bars while standing on the front peg and coasting forward facing the back.

How-To Fork Glide

 - Start rolling at a medium speed with one foot on the opposite back peg.(i.e. left foot on right back peg, right foot on left back peg), whichever you're most comfortable with.
 - Take your other foot and put it on the front peg on the same side as your back foot is on.
 - Then swing your body around the bars either clockwise or counter-clockwise keeping your weight centered over the bars.
 - This can be done either with or without brakes.
 - Now that you are in the Fork Glide position you can link it to many tricks such as Backwards Steam Roller, Backwards Half-Hiker, and a Side Squeaker.
 - There are many ways to ride out, but the way I find the easiest is to do a Fire Hydrant to get out. ---- Tricks»»Tricks#Ground Tricks|Ground Tricks»»Tricks#Gliding Tricks|Gliding
